Introduction
I would first like to convey that this was a rather difficult assignment for me. I had to often go back to the textbook and finally settled on making flash card to help me remember all of
the formulas necessary to accurately assess the work being completed at the various weekly stages.
Current Status
Based on the CPI and SPI at day 8 the project is currently under cost, but behind schedule. There seems to be a delay at ID D
and ID/Activity F (being a Merge) cannot begin until Activities C,D, and E
are completed. As of Week 8, ID/Activity D was reporting 33% completed. At day 8, the total project is 75% completed with four days remaining. Status Report: Ending Period 2
