     After looking over all of the evidence in the JonBenet Ramsey murder case it is

This horrible event led to making the ransom note, and in a handwriting examination, we found that the note could have been easily written by Patsy. In which Patsy said she “found” a two-and-a-half page ransom note near the spiral staircase that led to the basement, where JonBenét’s body would eventually be found. The ransom note was written in interesting way that it would seem to appear in one of those classic crime films. The ransom note demanded $118,000 to be given to a "foreign faction" by 10 a.m. the next day, which was later found out to be the same amount of John Ramsey’s Christmas bonus from his company. That is why when the police arrived and made John Ramsey and his neighbor Fleet White to search the house for anything unordinary, John made it straight to the basement cellar where he immediately “found” his deceased child. Even though he'd been told to leave everything where he'd found it, he decided to pick her up, carried her body upstairs, removed a piece tape from the child’s mouth and placed her down. He even covered her up with a throw blanket, further destroying vital physical evidence. This would be on purpose if they tend to cover up their tracks. That is when Arndt, the police to first arrive at the crime

There also was another weak theory that William Heirens murdered Beth Short. Heirens was a convicted murderer already for the dismembering of 6 year old Suzanne Degnan in Chicago, Illinois. (Beth Short). Many people believe that because Elizabeth Short was found just blocks away from a Degnan Boulevard that it has some relation, but that theory is just nonsense and way too farfetched to me.

The autopsy revealed that Garcia had no evidence of post-mortem tampering or overdose. In the year 2010, 26-year-old Kenzie Houk was found murdered in her bed. Kenzie was shot in her head. Kenzie was also eight months pregnant when she was murdered (nydailynews.com). The person who found the body was her 4-year-old daughter. When the police officers arrived at the scene, they searched to see if anybody broke into the house. The police officers were unable to find any force entry. The police officers even thought it was a possibility that Kenzie ex-boyfriend could of committed the murder, but they were unable to connect him to the murder. Eventually, the police officers found out that the murderer was none other then the 11-year-old Jordan Anthony Brown.

It has been almost 21 years since the murder of a little six-year-old girl by the name of JonBenet Ramsey of Boulder Colorado. Her parents were John and Patsy Ramsey. The question remains til this day “Who killed JonBenet?”

For the next four years, the police did not find out much.The Ramseys themselves were lead suspects. The evidence, though indirect, made the Ramseys appear guilty. The ransom note was extremely long, perplexing, very specific, and written on paper that belonged to the Ramseys. The same fiber found on the duct tape used to tie Jonbenet was found on Patsy's clothing as well. They were incompatible in their stories and the Ramseys appeared guilty in many media interviews. June 12, 1994 was the day O.J Simpson got away with murder. Nicole Brown was murdered with her companion, Ron Goldman, on June 12, 1994. Much evidence was found such as DNA evidence, a glove, and hair. In the controversial court case of O.J Simpson and the murder of his wife Nicole, the guilty verdict incorrectly acquitted him based on the previous violence, the evidence found, and the personal consequences following his act.

This is an attempt to unravel the tangle by an objective and empirical examination of information from crime scene and post mortem examination of the victims. Pre-digested information such as speculative newspaper reports, and statements from witnesses other than those called in a professional capacity have been avoided since theirs is largely subjective testimony that confounds more than it informs.

Jonbenet Ramsey was bashed or hit in the head with a flashlight, asphyxiated with a garrote, and sexually assaulted. It was almost impossible for someone to go through the window without destructing or disturbing the spider’s web in the bottom left corner of the window. There was no sign of intrusion or an outside break into the Ramseys house. If it was an outside intrusion, there would’ve been access to the house and Jonbenet would have had to know the person doing so. The murder scene looked to be staged or looked to be deceiving.

On the night of the murder, the family had gone on an outing, and was preparing to retire for the evening. . In the early morning hours of December 26, 1996, shortly after 5:00 AM, Patsy Ramsey woke up in her Boulder, Colorado home. As she headed for the kitchen she found a ransom note on her kitchen staircase (CNNLawCenter.2006). The child and a ransom note were found hours later. The local police and friends and family soon gathered at the home. The local police’s progress was hampered because there were so many people in the home; the crime scene was not secured which caused chaos with the police investigation because things were cleaned and moved around (Jenkins, 2013). Given the confusion and disarray at the Ramsey home, the crime scene became significantly contaminated. Unfortunately, the police were unable to gather proper evidence and conduct an effective investigation. Furthermore, the murder was sensationalized by the media which tangled the issues even more.

The murder of a little girl has haunted Boulder, Colorado. Many people have heard of the famous case of the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. However nobody knows what truly happened the night of her murder. There have been an abundance of conspiracies to what really happened the night of december 25th. 1996. Finding out there was a significant amount of evidence was great news to the DA of Boulder county, and also the many cops of Boulder; but the question still lingers nearly twenty years later who killed JonBenet Ramsey?

She had almost reached her front door when Jesse Timmendequas, 33, a landscaper who had lived across the street for a year invited her over to pet his new puppy ( Richard 1 )." " When Megan followed him inside, he led her to an upstairs bedroom, strangled her unconscious with his belt, raped her and then asphyxiated her to death with a plastic bag. Timmendequas then placed Megan’s body in a tool box, drove it in his pick-up truck to a near-by soccer field and dumped her body in some bushes ( Jerome 1 )." This, and the tragic murder of Amanda Wengert, was how the name was developed. But in my paper I did not discuss the murder and raping of Amanda Wengert.

Kyla Rogers autopsy showed multiple bruising over the top half of her body consistent with suffocation. Haemorrhages were found when the brain was observed under a microscope with the conclusion that lack of oxygen and asphyxiation as cause of death. Kyla sustained no other injuries although toxicology results showed carbon monoxide poisoning (Barnes, 2012)
